The villa
Modern and Provençal, this luxurious 250 m2 villa offers you a breathtaking view of the Baie Des Anges.
Located in a secure residence in a completely quiet area, on the hills above the famous village of Saint Paul de Vence, this authentic place has four spacious, elegant and refined bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom) and its private terrace.
You will also have a fifth private bedroom outside the villa with shower room and toilet.
The pool, the garden
The infinity pool with an incredible location to fully enjoy the view. It can be heated on request depending on the weather.
The outdoor area opens onto the infinity pool and an exceptional 180° view, from Cap d'Antibes to Cap Ferrat, and above all a direct view of the medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence. A magnificent wrought iron gazebo above the pétanque area and large barbecue area worthy of the greatest feasts awaits you!
